Be sure to rent the dress in plenty of time for it to arrive in time for your session.

You will have a minimum of 8 days to place the order and a minimum of 8 days for the dress to be returned.

Please note that the shipping cost will vary according to the number of dresses you are renting and is an automatic cost provided by the office through which it is shipped. The shipping cost will include the return label for which you will be responsible for damage or loss, again at your expense.

Be sure to provide a correct address, as any changes or variations will require a delay in the process of delivery and return of the dress, for which the customer is responsible for the additional charges involved.

At the time of delivery, the use of the gown is at the Renter's expense. The Hirer assumes sole responsibility for the gown while it is in his/her possession.

You must track and declare delivered by the carrier.

You will be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, staining or destruction of the gown while in possession, If the damage is considered "total loss" meaning it would be virtually impossible to repair and ship to the next customer, you will be responsible for replacement of any and all damaged goods at actual replacement cost.

The renter must return all rented garments in the condition in which they were delivered to the renter. If organic debris is found on the garment, an excess cleaning fee of $20 will be applied. If there is a spill and stain, make every effort to prevent stains from setting.

Small tears or other minor repairs will be charged a repair fee if they can be repaired and it is not a noticeable section of the dress.

All garments are not allowed to be worn in water due to the high risk of total damage to the gown due to water stains, mud and mildew. Always ask before taking a risk

Gowns that are not returned with their garment carrier will be charged a $10 replacement fee. If the gown you rented is returned in a timely manner and there is no reason for additional charges as stated in this Agreement, Maternity Magical Moments will not charge beyond the amount charged at the time of rental.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service to our customers, which starts with on-time delivery. When a customer does not return a dress on time, it affects us delivering on our promises to our other customers, which hurts our business. We expect our customers to return dresses on time before the completion date to ensure that we can also deliver to our future customers on time. Late payment charges are $50 per day per rental item.

Charges for each maternity accessory are $20.00 per garment per day. Returns must be mailed with an active scan with the carrier noted on your return label by 5 p.m. to avoid late fees. This ensures that your package is scanned and returned in a timely manner. Please note that you are responsible for any late charges incurred, regardless of the third party involved in the return. Do not leave your package with any third party (such as hotel, mail room or friend) for return.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, riots or any other unforeseen event on behalf of the courier service. If a shipping delay occurs due to courier service failure, extreme weather conditions, riots or any other unforeseen event, Maternity Magical Moments will not be responsible for refunding an order that arrives later than expected. Please place your order well in advance to ensure that your product arrives on time.

Please note that once your dress is reserved another customer is not allowed to reserve it, so we do not accept cancellations less than 30 days in advance.

If you decide to cancel before the 30 days you will be charged a fee of $40 for each rental product cancelled if it is from the regular collection and $50 if the products are from the special collection.

There are circunstances that exempt you from this agreement, including weather conditions such as hurricanes, floods and tornadoes in Florida. Also an agreement between the renter and Maternity Magical Moments Company.
